Ramona received her Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Athletic Training. During that time she had the opportunity to work in the Athletic Department as an assistant Athletic Trainer for the San Diego State Football Team and as an assistant Physical Therapist in the Rehabilitation Department working with clients with ALS, MS, as well as those recovering from injury.
She did an internship with the corporate headquarters for Carl's Jr. and accepted a position as Assistant Wellness Director after graduation. She later went on to work as an Exercise Physiologist for the World Famous Golden Door Spa where she had the opportunity to work with celebrity clients.
After the birth of her son Chadwick she returned to Maine to be closer to family where she grew up and worked for corporations such as LL Bean, UNUM, Hannaford Bros. and Brunswick Naval Air Station as well as private Health Clubs developing their Wellness programs.
And then started her own Wellness Studio in Buxton Maine until her venture to Virginia in 2004. She became certified as a Personal Trainer with ACE, working in private gyms in the area and become the owner of BodyFit in 2009. She moved the studio to White Stone in 2014, providing a private and motivating setting that includes the resources for individuals to be successful in their pursuit of overall health and well-being.
Morgan Fraczkowski is a NSPA Certified Personal Trainer at BodyFit and a Division I retired athlete. Fitness has always been a high priority in her life.
She grew up playing many sports including club soccer. Her love for fitness and soccer grew and she committed to playing Division II soccer for two years at Wilmington University. She finished her soccer career playing DI at Towson University.
Morgan’s main focus is on personal clients and small group training classes. She works with clients that range from ages 11 to 74 years old. She works with athletes and non athletes.
Morgan always has one goal in mind: helping others be the best version of themselves.
Dillon believes fitness is important and is something we should all be knowledgeable about. He has always loved being in a gym, but it wasn't until he got his first job at a gym that he really started to learn about health and fitness.
He has always enjoyed the positive physical and psychological effects of exercise and the bond you build with people in the fitness community. In 2013, Dillon became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise based in San Diego, California. He is First Aid and CPR certified. He believes that maintaining healthy habits and staying fit is beneficial for everyone.
Dillon’s hobbies are soccer, strength training, traveling, video games, videography and tattoos.
Dillon’s goal is to help people learn to make more positive choices for their health while helping them reach their fitness goals. He knows you’ll enjoy your time at BodyFit!
Yoga, Pilates, Dance
A dancer from childhood and owner of her own studio and Charisma nonprofit for the arts at only eighteen years old, Daina sees her foundation in movement as fundamental to her understanding of the human potential. Still, it was her introduction to yoga in 2010 that she credits with “lighting the flame in her heart” to help others. Through yoga, with its parallels to dance, she began to understand the healing capacity of the human body.
She sought out experiences to expand her understanding of the healing arts, earning a BA in Holistic Ministries and certifying as a 200 hour registered yoga teacher at Grace Yoga in Richmond, Virginia. She also studied as a protégé of Mary Bouman with Balanced Energies. Drawing on these experiences and her background as a dancer, Daina developed Transcendance, a unique fusion of energy balancing, global dance, and Yoga.
A certified Stott Pilates instructor, TRX trainer, Acroyoga teacher, and Thai massage therapist, Daina is also the Artistic Director of Charism Dance Company. In her work with clients and in her own life, she continues to seek out the best practices to achieve physical and emotional health.

Tara Haislip is a certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant and founder of TENHealth & Wellness. Tara obtained her certification from American Fitness Professionals & Associates in April of 2017.
Tara’s background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as a Modern Dance Performance Major from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia in 2008. Tara’s dance career spanned 18 years as she worked with various artists in Philadelphia, New York City, and international artists. She took a break from dance to heal her body through Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, and Exercise. Upon marrying a Lottsburg, VA native, she decided to turn her second passion into her business.
She teaches you how to take control of your health through the management of nutritional and lifestyle changes. Tara is working to build TENHealth & Wellness into a virtual Holistic Health Counseling practice. Tara eventually wants to study Ayurveda Health.
Dance Fitness Instructor
Kristen Blackwell is a certified personal trainer and certified group exercise instructor. She is trained in CPR/AED & first aid.
Kristen is a well-established instructor in our community and surrounding areas. She specializes in fitness and dance and she enjoys teaching students of all ages and experience levels. She enjoys sharing her passion of dance and fitness with others. Helping her students find their own passion is what keeps her going.

Rebecca Riley has been teaching group exercise and personal training on the Northern Neck since 2012. She is also the activities manager at the Tides Inn, where she does lots of fun stuff like giving bike tours and teaching yoga classes, both on land and on stand-up paddleboards.
Rebecca grew up in Urbanna, where she attended Middlesex High School and played on soccer and cheerleading teams. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree from UNC Wilmington, majoring in Anthropology. She later earned a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She holds current certifications from the American Council of Exercise.
Balanced fitness is very important to Rebecca and a way of life for her. She likes to work out hard in her RIPPED and power classes, as well as lifting weights in the gym. However, she gets focus and finds peace in her yoga classes and taking long walks outdoors.
Other hobbies and interests include travel, horse-back riding, and cooking.
